I have been extremely busy booking trips for families heading to Barcelona this summer for the FINA World Championships! I am working day and night, but am loving every minute of it!
Every family has their own ideas and travel desires, and I am having so much fun helping them make the most of their trip to Spain! As those who know me already know, Spain holds a special place in my heart. Not only because I have been there countless times and have traveled all over the country, but because my husband is Spanish, and now I have two daughters who are part-Spanish as well.
It is so rewarding to be able to put all of my knowledge and experience to good use. I find that people are really appreciating the guidance, as they recognize how challenging it can be to plan travel to another country on your own (especially when you don't speak the language). I have been doing everything from booking flights and hotels, to booking airport transfers, excursions, and side-trips, to calling hotels to making special requests. I am even planning a group winery tour (which for those of you who have been on one of those with us, you know how fun they can be:).
On that note, I am planning to unveil plans for our Summer 2014 Wine & Dine Spain group trip within the next few months. I have already had several people inquire about it, so stay tuned--I promise it is going to be unforgettable!
I'll leave you with pictures from my previous travels to Barcelona, and invite those who have traveled to Barcelona to also share your memories! I really wish I could go to the World Championships in July, but will have to settle for our trip to Spain in August (two weeks in Alicante on the beach should not be too bad:)
